At Vibe Collective, we value your time and ours. Our goal is to accommodate as many guests as possible while providing exceptional service to everyone. To help us do that, please review our cancellation & deposit policies below.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of your scheduled service price.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or same-day reschedules will be charged 100% of your scheduled service price.

• Tuesday appointments require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.

We recognize that emergencies can occur and will take each situation into consideration on a case-by-case basis.

NEW CLIENT COLOR APPOINTMENTS — DEPOSIT POLICY

To secure a color appointment as a new client, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

• Deposits will be forfeited if appointment is canceled or rescheduled.

This helps us protect the time we’ve reserved just for you.

• Deposits cannot be transferred to another date, service, or client.

• ALL COLOR CLIENTS BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR 4 HOURS OR MORE WILL REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE APPOINTMENT, DEPOSIT WILL APPLY TO SERVICE.

This policy ensures that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and that our stylists’ schedules are respected.

PRODUCT:

All online sales are final.

Any products purchased in salon may be returned for full refund or exchange within 14 days from date of purchase. After 14 days products may be exchanged for equal or lesser value only.

No Returns or Exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase.

Short Haircuts: $50-$65

All Color: $90-$160/hr

Color correction: $150+

Style out: $65+

Braids: $50+

Extensions: starting $500 *consult required before booking

Smoothing treatment (keratherapy): $300

Special event hair: available with consultation, please call salon to book.
