Here at Vibe Collective, we try to accommodate as many clients as possible. In doing so,  if you must cancel your appointment or reschedule the day of your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee.

A cancelled appointment of 48 hours or less, you will be charged 50% of your service price.

A cancelled appointment of 24 hours or less, you will be charged 100% of your service price.

**Tuesday appointments require 72hr notice of cancellation

We understand life happens and emergencies emerge and we will take each situation into consideration.

PRODUCT:

All online sales are final.

Any products purchased in salon may be returned for full refund or exchange within 14 days from date of purchase. After 14 days products may be exchanged for equal or lesser value only.

No Returns or Exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase.

Long Haircuts: $80-$120

Short Haircuts: $50-$65

All Color: $90-$160/hr

Color correction: $150+

Style out: $65+

Braids: $50+

Extensions: starting $500 *consult required before booking

Smoothing treatment (keratherapy): $300

Special event hair: available with consultation, please call salon to book.
